What do you need to set up your cart?

Setting up is quick and hassle-free. We require a flat, level area for our Bubblelicious cart and access to two standard Australian 240V power outlets. We recommend allowing approximately 2.5m × 2.5m of space so guests can comfortably enjoy the live ice cream-making experience.

Are there any travel charges?

Travel within 50 km of Greenvale VIC 3059 is included in our standard packages. For venues located further away, a small travel fee may apply depending on distance. If your event is outside metropolitan Melbourne, we will include any travel costs in your personalised quote before you book.

How long do you need to set up?

We usually arrive 30–45 minutes before your scheduled serving time. This allows us to position our cart, prepare ingredients and ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive.

We arrive before your scheduled serving time, set up our cart and prepare everything before guests begin arriving. Our team freshly prepares every rolled ice cream to order in front of your guests, creating an exciting live dessert experience. Once service has finished, we pack everything away efficiently and leave the area clean and tidy.

How many guests can you serve?

Anywhere from 25–500 people. We cater for both intimate celebrations and larger events. If you are expecting a large number of guests, we will recommend the most suitable package and serving schedule to ensure everyone enjoys freshly made rolled ice cream with minimal waiting time.
